August 26, 2026 – The Bastion Group is on site and working and has completed all utility relocations. The project has been delayed several weeks due to conflicts with AT&T utilities and their coordination with SCDOT. Future change orders are expected to reduce cost for eliminating sod, unnecessary driveway replacements, and work at Dewees driveway; but increased costs for unexpected utility conflicts. The project is expected to be complete by late September.
