August 10, 2026 – The crew should be finishing up drainage around 32nd Avenue while the utility contractor finishes utility offsets at Sparrow Drive and 3605 Waterway Blvd in the next week or so. As the utility offsets are completed, the drainage contractor will work on finishing the drainage and pathway in the same areas. We’re still waiting on AT&T to relocate their utilities around 32nd Avenue before we finish the pathway there, and AT&T is waiting for the SCDOT permit before completing their work.
