August 3, 2026 – While attempting to install the C8 structure on Saturday (08/01), The Bastion Group encountered groundwater issues. As a safety precaution, they have extended the 32nd Avenue closure and barricades while the excavation remains open. They will have additional pumps onsite Monday (08/03) to control the groundwater and complete the structure installation.
